MFG Promotions

Alec Raffa was recently promoted to vice president of sales for MFG’s High Pressure Molding entities.
He joined the company in 1990 after completing a BA in marketing and communications from Youngstown State University. His first assignment was in sales for MFG Tray. From 2001-06 he was plant manager and later general manager of MFG CSC, overseeing the consolidation of MFG Premier Molding into MFG CSC. He then joined the corporate sales team.
Alec and his wife Lisa live in Ashtabula with their son Alec and daughter Alivia.
Keith Bihary was promoted to vice president of sales for automotive.
He joined in 1998 as a preform engineer and has served over the years as production supervisor, process engineer, business unit leader for automotive, and materials manager before moving into sales in 2005.
He earned a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He resides in Madison, OH with his wife Shirley and their three boys 19, 17 and 15.
Kerry Snapp was promoted to vice president of quality for MFG’s High Pressure Molding entities.
Kerry joined MFG Union City in 1990 and later transitioned to the corporate sales team. He has held a wide range of positions including engineering, quality, program management, PACCAR champion, plant management, and most recently, sales account manager.
Kerry and his wife Christina live in a farmhouse they restored in Centerville, PA. They have two adult children.
Herb Griffith was promoted to director of corporate purchasing.
He started his MFG career in South Dakota as a production teammate but quickly moved into manufacturing management roles. In 2012 he became the weekend crew operations supervisor and in 2015 was promoted to materials manager. During these years he was also attending college full-time and in 2017 completed his Bachelor’s degree with honors.
Herb and his wife Lesa have two adult children and a grandchild. Lesa is a radiation therapist and has accepted a position at Metro Health in Cleveland. They will be relocating to NE Ohio in the near future.
