MFG Aberdeen Plant Hiring Again to Support New Wind Blade Order

Molded Fiber Glass Companies (MFG) announced today that a substantial new order for wind turbine blades has been confirmed. The new order is part of a long-term agreement and will require an increase of approximate 60 teammates.

“This new order is very good news for our teammates, the Aberdeen economy and MFG. In the context of challenging conditions in the wind energy market, we are very pleased with this win”, reports MFG’s SVP David Giovannini.

MFG has been active in the wind energy industry since 1980. In addition to blades, the company manufactures wind turbine nacelles, spinners and spare parts at facilities in Texas, Alabama and California. MFG also provides field and factory services for wind blades.
