Linesville, PA: Conneaut Valley Elementary received a $5,000 donation from MFG for their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) project. The program for elementary students teaches computer coding, robotics, design process, and engineering; as well as developing their collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Funds will be used to purchase Sphero coding robots, Blue Bots and 3D plastic printing pens. These resources enable teachers to inspire interest in engineering and design fields.

Morganton, NC: Carolina Caring received a $10,000 donation from the MFG Foundation for their “Sensory Speaks: All Children Deserve a Voice” program that provides palliative and hospice care to seriously ill children. Gainesville, TX: A $10,000 gift was made to the Gainesville Fire Department to support training and equipment improvements. Austin Erdenberger and Allison Tunheim (center photo) presented the check on behalf of MFG Texas and the MFG Foundation.
